SUBSTANCE: mucous membrane is incised. A mucoperiosteal flap is separated and thrown open. A prepared surgical template is fixed. Bone beds are created. Bone self-tissues are samples either at the moment of bone bed preparation or separately. The bone self-tissue, or allograft bone, or xenobone, or hydroxyapatite, or immunomodulators, or growth factors, or bone morphogenetic proteins, or thromboplasm are pressed into metal rubber intra- or preoperatively. Metal rubber with pressed bone self-tissue, or allograft bone, or xenobone, or hydroxyapatite, or immunomodulators, or growth factors, or bone morphogenetic proteins, or thromboplasm is introduced into the bone bed as an internal element of the dental implant structure.
EFFECT: method enables providing primary stability, creates the favourable conditions for implant integration in the bone tissue, extends the indications for dental implantation, ensures the damper properties, osteoinductive potential, increases the biological compatibility and biological activity of the dental implant.
