FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and is applicable in dental implantation. The mucous membrane is incised; a mucoperiosteal flap is dissected and elevated. A prepared surgical template is fixed. An implant bed is created. The implant is inserted into the bed. That is followed by a planar decortication of a ridge bone or portions perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the placed endosseus implants. The decorticated surface is coated with xenogenic, allogenic and synthetic bone growth factors, bioceramics. The extra-cortical implant plate made of allo-graft bone, bioceramics or synthetic, or xenogenic, or allogenic, biodegradable polymers are placed on the decorticated bone plane. The canals are created in a projection of positioning the endosseous implants with a diameter equal or less than the diameter of a pre-cervical endosseous portion of the implants. Cutters, drills, burs are used to shape contours of the endosseous implant plate after the anatomy of the decorticated bone plane with dimensions equal or less than the bone perimeter and area. Cover screws and healing abutment are placed on the endosseous implants in the pad piece of the extra-cortical implant plate.

EFFECT: method enables distributing the occlusion load on the bone tissue uniformly, providing the primary stability and creating favourable conditions for the bone integration by eliminating excessive load at the initial phase of the function of the endosseous portion under occlusion force.
