FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of liquid hydrocarbons C5 and higher of CO and H2 by Fischer-Tropsch reaction. Method of producing synthetic liquid hydrocarbons by catalytic conversion of synthesis gas according to a Fischer-Tropsch reaction comprises passing the reaction mixture through at least four fixed layers of granular catalysts, wherein first in the direction of movement of reaction mixture layer contains a cobalt catalyst for synthesis of Fisher-Tropsch, which provides passage of synthesis of Fischer-Tropsch with Schultz-Flory-Anderson coefficient of 0.67–0.96, second layer in the direction of movement of the reaction mixture contains a conventional cobalt catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, which enables passage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis with a Schultz-Flory-Anderson coefficient of 0.82–0.96, the third layer in the direction of movement of the reaction mixture contains not less than 30 % of the zeolite in H-form, and the lowest layer contains a conventional Fischer-Tropsch synthesis cobalt catalyst, which enables passage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis with a Schultz-Flory-Anderson coefficient of 0.82–0.96. First layer preferably contains a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis cobalt catalyst having heat conductivity of not less than 4 W/m⋅K and containing not more than 10 % of cobalt skeleton to reduce heat release in front layer and not less than 20 % of zeolite in H-form.
EFFECT: technical results of invention is providing, in one pass in one reactor, high degree of conversion of synthesis gas with minimum content of waxes in products and high fraction of fraction C10-C20, as well as elimination of use of expensive catalyst components.
