SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for long-term storage of fruit and vegetables. Device for creating and regulating gas medium in storage facilities comprises sealed container for fruit and vegetable products, gas mixer, first compressor, second compressor, alkaline absorber, oxygen converter in atmospheric air into carbon dioxide and pressure compensator. First compressor is configured to be connected to the first outlet of the container. Second compressor is configured to be connected to the second outlet of the container. Inlet of the alkaline absorber is connected to the output of the second compressor, and the output is connected to the first input of the gas mixer, which is made with possibility of connection to the output of the oxygen converter in atmospheric air into carbon dioxide. Pressure compensator can be connected via gas mixer with container inlet.

EFFECT: creation and accurate maintenance of optimal for storage of gas medium in containers with fruits and vegetables.
