FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of producing an efficient multifunctional strain agent for activating microorganisms in sewage water. Method involves collection, sorting, draining and homogenisation of kitchen enrichment enriched with protein. Content of moisture in the culture medium from kitchen wastes is reduced to 75–85 %, pH - up to 6–8. Then one adds strains of microorganisms containing 35–70 % of bacilli, 8–35 % of yeast, 10–35 % of lactic acid bacteria and 5–15 % of mold fungi, fermentation is performed at 50–60 °C for 7–10 days. Fermentation products are dehydrated, milled, packaged and stored in a dry state.
EFFECT: method increases intensity and efficiency of organic decomposition in waste water.
