SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to determining from a sequence of pixels on an image of an external craniofacial soft tissue whether the subject is likely to have a structural disorder. Disclosed is a system comprising a short-term computer medium for realizing the method, the method comprising: obtaining by means of a processing circuit of a first electronic information reflecting a first set of values corresponding to pixels of an image of a craniofacial soft outer tissue of a subject, wherein said first set of values corresponds to ratios between at least one group of pixels on an image of an outer craniofacial soft tissue of a subject; providing access to second electronic information reflecting a second set of values corresponding to pixels of images of craniofacial soft outer tissue of a plurality of geographically distributed people; processing, by a processing circuit, a first electronic information reflecting a first set of values corresponding to pixels of an image of a person's craniofacial soft external tissue in accordance with the second electronic information, reflecting a second set of values corresponding to pixels of craniofacial external soft tissue images of a plurality of geographically distributed people, said processing including at least one of analysis of fixed sections, analysis of shifted fragments and analysis of relative measurements; determining, by a processing circuit based on at least one of the fixed sections analysis, analyzing the shifted fragments and analyzing the relative measurements of at least one feature of the structure disturbance contained in the first electronic information; providing access to a database of descriptors of structural disturbances and selecting based on said determination using at least one analysis of fixed sections, analyzing shifted fragments and analyzing relative measurements of at least one descriptor associated with said at least one determined structural disturbance feature.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher efficiency of determining from the sequence of pixels on an image of an external craniofacial soft tissue whether the subject is likely to have a structural disorder.
