FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a portable grounding device, which includes: a handle in the form of a pipe, a hook, a foot rail, a fixing spring of a curved shape, a satellite tracker and a ground cable. Handle in the form of a pipe consists of the lower insulating part and the upper current-conducting part. To current-conducting part there are attached: hook, rudder, fixing spring of curved shape and ground cable. Lower end of fixing spring is attached to current-conducting tube, and upper end is located tightly to front upper part of hook. Current-conducting part is equipped with a housing, in which there are GPS- or GLONASS-trackers and a button for their connection. Button is made with outlet to outer part of housing and is located on the side of fixing spring. Housing with trackers can be fixed on current-conducting part by means of yoke.
EFFECT: higher electric safety of personnel.
