SUBSTANCE: portable grounding rod/stick of the contact network includes a handle in the form of a pipe, consisting of a lower insulating part and an upper conductive part, to which a hook, a guardrail, a fixing spring and a grounding cable are attached. On the conductive part of the portable grounding rod of the contact network, equipped with an external antenna, the body/casing is fixed with bolts. The body contains a GPS or GLONASS tracker, a battery, a button for turning on the tracker, made with an exit to the outer part of the body, an LED with a lens exit to the outer part of the body, a connector for charging the battery and a cable connecting the antenna with a GPS or GLONASS tracker. A copper conductor with a copper cross-section of at least 50 mm² is fixed with the fastening bolts of the main body of the device.

EFFECT: consists in increasing electrical safety of personnel.
