FIELD: power supply.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the repair of power supply contact lines. The portable grounding rod of the AC contact network contains a handle in the form of a pipe, consisting of a lower insulating part and an upper conductive part, to which a hook, guardrail, fixing spring and grounding cable are attached. Moreover, a case is fixed on the upper conductive part, in which a GPS tracker or GLONASS tracker, a battery, an LED with a lens exit to the outer part of the case, a connector for charging a battery, an antenna, an alternating signal sensor, a surge suppressor, a filter and a control program unit are located. The alternating signal sensor is installed around the upper conductive part of the pipe and is connected to an overvoltage limiter, the input of which is connected to the filter input, and the filter output is connected to the control program unit, the output of which is connected to the GPS tracker or GLONASS tracker and to the LED.

EFFECT: increasing the degree of control over the installation of portable grounding rods on the AC catenary.
