FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Two-wave transmission comprises rigid first and second gear wheels with internal engagement, flexible gear wheel with external gearing, which has first and second external teeth, besides, number of second teeth differs from number of first teeth, generator of waves for bending of flexible wheel. Between the surface of the inner end of the first outer teeth in the direction of the tooth line and the surface of the inner end of the second outer teeth in the direction of the tooth line, there is a gap having a predetermined width along the tooth line direction and a deep portion in the depth direction of the tooth, located in the central portion in the direction of the tooth line, wherein ratio is 0.1L < L1 < 0.35L, where L is the width along the tooth line direction from the outer end of the first outer teeth in the direction of the tooth line to the outer end of the second outer teeth in the direction of the tooth line, and L1 is the maximum width of the gap along direction of tooth line. At that, when t1 and t2 satisfy any of the following conditions, from which: 0.9h1 < t1 < 1.3h1 and 0.3h2 < t2 < 0.9h2; 0.3h1 < t1 < 0.9h1 and 0.9h2 < t2 < 1.3h2; 0.3h1 < t1 < 0.9h1 and 0.3h2 < t2 < 0.9h2; where t1 is the depth from the top of the first outer teeth to the deep part of the gap, t2 is the depth from the top of the second outer teeth to the deep part, h1 and h2 are the depths of the tooth of the first and second outer teeth.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance of transmission.
