FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to biotechnology. Presented is a method for producing cytotoxic T lymphocytes expressing a chimeric receptor. According to the presented method, T-lymphocyte transduction is ensured by recombinant lentiviral particles pseudotyped with surface glycoproteins of the vaccine measles virus strain, and lentiviral particles are developed using a CD46-deficient packer line produced using an expression construct for expressing the CRISPR/Cas9 enzyme and RNA guide (sgRNA), complementary to a portion of one of the exons of the CD46 gene.

EFFECT: method advantage is caused by efficiency of lentiviral particles production due to minimization of negative effects of formation of syncytium and virus reabsorption by packing line cells.
