FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a heterologous DNA intended to be introduced into the genome of the virus of the “wild” strain of Herpesvirus saimiri, including genetic sequences encoding paired chimeric receptors against CD44 and CD133 tumour antigens, flanked by sections of 300-900 pairs of nucleotide bases homologous to the section of the genome of Herpesvirus saimiri whereto the target fragment is integrated by homologous recombination. Also proposed is a recombinant strain of Herpesvirus saimiri containing a sequence of said DNA in the genome, intended for rapid production of proliferating populations of autologous T lymphocytes expressing paired chimeric antigenic receptors against CD44 and CD133 antigens.
EFFECT: inventions can be used for the purpose of research and diagnostics in order to effectively produce genetically modified immortalised primary T lymphocytes for treating malignant neoplasms, in particular, glioblastomas.
