FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in open-cast development of complex-structure deposits of solid minerals by means of production complex. Method for development of complex-structure deposits of solid minerals, involving excavation of ore mass by mining complex based on quarry hydraulic excavator, unloading of ore mass from ladle into receiving hopper, automation of processes to convert cyclic nature of digging into continuous flow of submerged ore mass with separation of lumpy ore mass for further crushing. Control of conditionality of ore mass to ensure selectivity of extraction is carried out by means of sensors installed on ladle. At extraction of standard ore rotary device reduces width of classifier slits by means of partial overlapping, oversize product is directed for crushing, and undersize product of classifier through intermediate hopper and material from grinder are directed to vibrating screen equipped with set of sieves. Fine fractions enriched with the useful component are sent to the accumulator, and the remaining ore mass is directed through the feeder and conveyor into the dump truck for transportation to lump separation and subsequent enrichment, or to the temporarily off-grade ore storage. Fractions enriched with the useful component are fed from the accumulator to the tight bin of the vehicle and transported for enrichment by means of the pneumatic conveying system.

EFFECT: method increases efficiency, provides for expansion of functionality and increased technological efficiency due to reduction of losses of valuable components during loading and transportation, and also – reduction of environmental load on environment in area of mining operations.
