FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method includes obtaining conditioned fractions by means of an excavation-classification process. Control sensors installed in front of the classification unit above the fixation zone determine the content of useful components in the rock mass according to three levels of differentiation. When fixing the rich ore, the undersize fraction is transferred through the accumulator to the receiving container of the vehicle for subsequent enrichment, and the oversize fraction – by tray in a trench for transportation for sorting and subsequent enrichment at the processing complex. When fixing low-grade ore, the perforated plate partially overlaps by shifting with the drive of the slit of the classification grid and the oversize fraction is moved to the trench for subsequent transportation to a warehouse of temporarily non-conforming ore, and the undersize fraction – of a smaller size – through the accumulator and the receiving container of the vehicle – for enrichment. When fixing waste rock to direct it to the trench for transporting waste rock to the dump, the perforated plate completely covers the slots of the classification grid, an automatic system manages the process of selective loading into dump trucks of oversized fractions and waste rock from a trench using a loader.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase productivity, technological efficiency and environmental safety.
