FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical processing, in particular to equipment for heating hydrocarbon material, and can be used in furnaces and other types of heating equipment with tubular coils for efficient cleaning of their external surfaces from ash-soot deposits. Method includes treatment of contaminated areas of surface of sprayed reagent sprayed with pressure. Reagent is an air mixture consisting of three components: a coal diamide or oxalic acid diamide; ammonium salts of coal or oxalic acid and silicon oxide, by means of which chemical-mechanical action is provided on the treated layer of the contaminated surface, which promotes cracking, softening, dissolution, as well as removal from surface of ash-soot hydrocarbon deposits with formation of fine and gaseous medium and their removal under action of jet. Cleaning is carried out during operation of heating equipment without stopping movement of heated liquid inside tubular coils.
EFFECT: efficient cleaning of outer surface of tubular coils in continuous process cycle without stopping its operation and process of processing hydrocarbon material, which leads to higher efficiency of heating furnaces.
