FIELD: heating; evaporation; chemical transformation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for heating, evaporation and chemical transformation of oil and secondary products of its processing and can be used as an integral part of many processes of oil and gas processing and petrochemistry. Inside the cylindrical body of the device, a flameless burner, an oil heater and an air heater mixed with flue gases are installed sequentially from top to bottom along its longitudinal axis. This technical solution ensured the compactness of the device, reduced the loss of media pressure and reduced fuel consumption. To obtain a coolant, a flameless burner is used, on which gaseous or liquid fuel is burned, and air with a reduced oxygen content is supplied to the burner as an oxidizer due to its dilution exhaust flue gas. Heat transfer from the coolant to the heated medium and heating of air diluted with flue gas are carried out in radial-spiral heat exchangers.
EFFECT: technical result is a reduction of harmful emissions into the environment, the exclusion of stagnant zones and deposits on the heat exchange surface, the exclusion of local overheating of the heated medium in certain areas of the heat exchange surface, a decrease in the thermal decomposition of the heated medium when heating oil and its refined products and a decrease in the weight and dimensional characteristics of the apparatus.
