FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for pain relief in dentistry. That is ensured by single intravenous bolus introduction of one of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compounds - ketorolac tromethamine in dose of 15–75 mg, or sodium metamizole in dose of 500–2500 mg, or ketoprofen in dose of 50–250 mg, or dexketoprofen in dose of 25–125 mg, or lornoxicam in dose of 4–20 mg - in a period of time from the moment ranging from 3 hours to 15 seconds before the beginning of anaesthesia and proper dental intervention before the beginning of the predicted time of beginning the resolution of local intraoperative anaesthesia, determined by selecting a specific preparation of local anaesthetics.
EFFECT: method provides complete absence of pain syndrome in the operated region developing immediately after the dental intervention and local postoperative anaesthesia termination within the first postoperative day.
