FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, anaesthesiology, intensive therapy and emergency medicine, and can be used for elimination of pain syndrome in spinal osteochondrosis at aggravation stage. For this purpose, one of the preparations of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compounds is used as the basic agent of analgesia, namely: ketorolac tromethamine 15–75 mg, or sodium metamizol 500–2500 mg, or ketoprofen 50–250 mg, or dexketoprofen 25–125 mg, or lornoxicam in dose of 4–20 mg, and as an adjuvant analgesia agent, cyanocobalamin 250–5250 mcg is administered, which is administered intravenously with the distribution of said doses per one or two administrations per day with a therapeutic course of 1–10 days.
EFFECT: method enables completely eliminating pain syndrome after the therapeutic course, as well as with single administration of the preparations, obtaining a rapid analgesic effect with its stability and safety in terms of the risk of spinal injuries.
