FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for multimodal combined anaesthesia during dental treatment. One or two days before the planned treatment, the patient is prescribed with sedative preparations Valocordin and Atarax. On the day of treatment, the patient undergoes psychological sedation and monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. Pre-medication is performed with Corvalol, Atarax and Analgin. Treatment involves local anaesthesia with the following preparation of Articaine with epinephrine 1:100000 or 1:200000. Surgical intervention is carried out under monitoring of said vital signs. Every 30 to 40 minutes, the effect of pre-medication is monitored.
EFFECT: method provides achieving the required sedative effect during dental treatment in patients with severe dentophobia, gag reflex, suffering infantile cerebral paralysis, for elderly patients and patients with somatic diseases due to a combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
