FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for multimodal combined anaesthesia during dental treatment. One or two days before the planned treatment, the patient is prescribed with sedative preparations Valocordin and Atarax. On the day of treatment, the patient undergoes psychological sedation and monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. Pre-medication is performed with Valocordin, Atarax and Ketanov preparations. Treatment involves local anaesthesia with Articaine with adrenaline 1:100,000 or 1: 200,000. Surgical intervention is carried out under monitoring of said vital signs.
EFFECT: method provides the required sedative effect during the dental treatment in the patients with severe dentophobia, gag reflex, for the elderly patients and patients with somatic diseases due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
