FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to treatment of vascular pathologies. Stent-graft, consisting of a stent, comprising ring segments having a twisted configuration, located side by side and connected to each other by connecting bridges, and at least one membrane, covering all external side of stent, wrapped inside around ends of stent and fixed between loops of annular segments and connecting bridges, which connect adjacent annular segments with each other, wherein the membrane is fixed between at least two loops of the second annular segment, if viewed from the ends of the stent, and connecting straps with the adjacent end annular segment. Method of making a stent-graft includes bending inward of at least one loop of an annular segment, which is located near the peripheral annular segment, wrapping the tubular membrane around at least one peripheral annular segment such that the end of the tubular membrane extends into the stent lumen, tubing the tubular membrane end under the ring segments facing inside the loop, fixing the end of the tubular membrane to the stent by folding back the loops folded inwards.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables maintaining abnormally contracted, dilated or injured blood vessels.
