SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment and concerns a stent-graft and use of such a stent-graft for treating vascular malformations, particularly abnormally narrowed, dilated or damaged blood vessels. Stent-graft consists of a stent with adjacent interconnected connecting jumpers and circular segments with a meandriform stroke and at least one membrane. Connection jumpers between adjacent annular segments have spring tabs located with geometrical closure in connecting jumpers and elastically movable relative to connecting jumpers. Membrane is clamped between spring tongues and connecting bridges. Above stent-graft is used for treating vascular malformations.

EFFECT: objective of this invention is to create a stent-graft, which simply and firmly connects the stent and the membrane together, uses the lumen of the vessel and does not cause irritation or tissue damage.
