FIELD: radar ranging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar ranging and can be used in radar stations (RS) for protection from pulsed interference of a known structure. Technical effect of the present invention is to increase the RS protection against pulsed interference of a known structure with power exceeding the power of the useful signal. Essence of the invention is based on property of invariance of matched filter to time of receipt of signal on it, with which it is matched, and achievement of maximum response at its output for time equal to duration of incoming signal. Due to this and after determination of amplitude and selection of phase of compensating signal compensation of pulse interference can be performed.
EFFECT: invention enables correct detection or correct non-detection of a useful signal regardless of presence of pulse interference of a known type, its time position and power level at the input of the receiving device RS.
