FIELD: circuits using digital equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and means for non-linear filtering of signals against background multiplicative and correlated interference and can be used in radio engineering to increase the energy signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the receiving device when processing signals using a matched filter. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the method of matched nonlinear correlation-probability filtration of signals, the probability density function (PDF) of the instantaneous values of the informative signal parameter, known accurately, is measured, at the linear part of the receiver output, the PDF signal mixture measurement of the useful signal, noise and interference at the receiver linear part output, the PDF convolution of the informative signal parameter known exactly, with the PDF additive mixture of the signal, noise and interference, the convolution result is compared to the threshold in accordance with the optimum reception criterion to make a decision on the presence of a known signal in the input mixture. Device implementing the method comprises a receiving antenna, a receiver connected in series to the digital output, which is the output of the linear quasi-optimum filter, a PDF measurement unit, the output of which is connected to the first input of the convolution generating unit, the second input of which is connected to the output of the PDF memory unit of signals known exactly, output of the convolution generating unit is connected to the input of the threshold device for generation and setting of the decision threshold on the presence of a signal known exactly in accordance with the optimum reception criterion.
EFFECT: technical result is high noise-immunity reception at low signal-to-noise ratios.
