SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement conversion equipment, namely to measurement devices, and also can be used in various fields of production and control. Standard interfaces USB, UART, rotation sensors are used and thus measurement system is created and simultaneously system of intelligent processing of measurement data.
EFFECT: increased reliability of items by eliminating complex individual microprocessor products, which is ensured by the fact that all processing processes are performed in a standard personal computer.
