FIELD: fire extinguishing means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of fire extinguishing of tanks and other armored facilities equipped with dynamic protection. Disclosed is fire-fighting projectile (FFP) extinguishing method of armored vehicle equipped with dynamic protection, in which FFP (9), for example, a fire-fighting rocket, are delivered by means of rapid delivery (7), for example a launcher, to a burning object of armored vehicles (1) equipped with dynamic protection, for example, a tank. Thereafter, destruction of FFP (9) with spraying (spraying zone (10) of extinguishing mixture at least along the surface of armored object (1)) is provided. FFP (9) is delivered to the dynamic protection surface (4), with the possibility of improving reliability and efficiency of said processes of destruction and spraying due to operation of dynamic protection (4). Invention also discloses additional features of the method: FFP (9) can deliver to elements of dynamic protection (4) of tank (1) with burning engine-transmission compartment, which are located on tank (1) tower (3) on side of roof (2) of motor-transmission compartment, taking into account position of tower (3) by azimuth; possible delivery of FFP (9) from another object of armored equipment (6), including also burning; in the presence of an active system of protection of a burning object of armor (1), the latter is disconnected for at least the time of delivery of FFP (9).

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of fire extinguishing.
