FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication, particularly to transmission of demodulation reference signals (DMRS) in one, three or five resource blocks (RB) using frequency division multiple access (IFDMA) from a wireless communication device to a communication network node in a wireless communication, wherein in uplink multi-access with single-carrier frequency multiplexing (SC-OFDMA) is used. Method comprises at least one of the following steps: determining a set of base sequences comprising thirty sequences with quadrature phase-shift keyed (QPSK) of length 6, 18 or 30, obtaining a sequence of demodulation reference signals from the found set of base sequences, multiplexing said sequence of demodulation reference signals; and, by a wireless communication device, transmitting, a multiplexed sequence of demodulation reference signals to a wireless communication network node.

EFFECT: efficient use of energy and resources.
