FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for care of bed patients and invalids, in particular for movement of patient to bed and from bed or from floor with further movement or for changing position of patient and performing rehabilitation procedures. Proposed wheel comprises bed parallel to the floor to vary height relative to the floor, self-orienting wheels and places for hands to control movement. Said bogie is easily assembled by threaded joints. Bogie consists of two volumetric structures connected by two pairs of pipes. One pair of pipes rigidly connects volumetric structures in bases of vertical guides. Second pair of pipes, on which bed is installed, connects carriages moving vertically along guides of volumetric structures. In each volumetric structure there are two electric drives with propellers arranged vertically downwards with running nuts on them. One electric drive of each volumetric structure, having a short screw, provides with the help of levers possibility of changing axes of two self-orienting wheels from horizontal to vertical. In the horizontal position of the axes of the self-orienting wheels, the wheelchair stably stands on the floor, and in the lower position of the carriages on the vertical guiding beds of the gurney it lies on the floor. Rollers can move in vertical position of axles of self-orienting wheels. Another electric drive of each volumetric structure, having a long screw, provides vertical movement of the carriage vertically moving the bed. Inside volumetric structures there are accumulators and control panels.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is broader functional capabilities, a range of rehabilitation procedures, improved patient care without considerable physical effort on the part of attendants and, consequently, a positive impact on the health of severely ill and disabled people.
