FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used as a preventive food product, as well as for baby food starting from pre-preschool age. Method for production of meat cream involves preparation of pate mass of rabbit meat, vegetable component, fried onions, salt, half-fat pork, chicken liver, pumpkin, parsley leaves, broth. Vegetal component is represented by amaranth seeds which are washed, boiled for 30 minutes till a viscous consistence appears, cooled down to room temperature and strained. Broth is used produced after boiling rabbit.
EFFECT: produced meat cream has preventive effect in eye diseases, iron deficiency anemia, has anti-inflammatory action, promotes elimination of toxins.
