FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used as a preventive food product, as well as for baby food starting from pre-preschool age, is a method for production of oyster meat functional purpose cream with addition of amaranth seeds. Method for production of meat-and-vegetable cream includes preparation of pate mass of ostrich meat, vegetal component, onions, salt, broth, pork semi-fatty, chicken liver, pumpkin, parsley. Vegetal component is represented by amaranth seeds preliminarily washed, boiled for 30 minutes till viscous consistency is achieved, cooled to room temperature and strained. Broth is used after cooking ostrich. Quantitative ratio of initial components for cream production is selected.
EFFECT: obtained cream provides preventive effect in eye diseases, iron deficiency anemia, has anti-inflammatory action and allergic ability, promotes elimination of toxins.
