FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention of claimed group relates to metal forming and can be used for forming sheet metal material. On the sheet material, by means of cold deformation treatment by means of the device containing a pair of tools with forming surfaces, a pattern of protrusions and recesses is obtained in the first section and on the second section by engraving of the profile a trademark is obtained. Section formed by cold deformation processing is formed with projections and recesses, configuration and distribution of which are such that lines drawn on surface of moulded sheet material between adjacent rows of ledges and recesses are not straight. Brand sign is indicator of alignment between tools.
EFFECT: higher quality of moulded sheet material due to its hardening by plastic deformation.
