SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a steam supply device which comprises an evaporator for generating steam from a steam source material for inhalation by a user; wherein device has length L along direction of length, thickness T along direction of thickness, which is perpendicular to direction of length, and width W along direction of width, which is perpendicular both to direction of length and direction of thickness, wherein both width W, and length L is at least twice more than thickness T, wherein minimum radius R of curvature of boundary edge of device in plane that is perpendicular to direction of thickness is at least 0.1 of width W, wherein the outer surface of the device has at least one recess, the depth of which in the deepest part is from 1 to 5 mm, and the width of which is from 0.2W to 0.8W.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of ergonomic parameters due to reliability of device gripping with provision of its large capacity.
