FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation equipment, in particular to the method for manufacturing mono rings for tape ropes, which are used as part of external suspension of cargoes transported by helicopter. Proposed device comprises two columns (1 and 2), two rollers (3 and 6) and one clamp (7) are located on column (1), and roller (8) on column (2). Diameters of rollers are equal to diameters of coils, on which mono rings in rope will be installed. On column (1) there is an additional lower roller (4). On column (2) there are movable roller (9) and tensioning mechanism (10), which is made in the form of double-arm rocker (15), on one arm of which there is roller (9), and other arm rests on nut (16) located on threaded rod (17). For production of mono rings the tape is cut at the specified load, the tape is folded so that two loops are formed along the edges, tape is cut in the device, in which one end of the tape is placed in clamp (7), then, the tape is wrapped around two rollers (3 and 8) providing the length of the mono-ring, then secondary wrapped around roller (3), and the second end of the tape is thrown over roller (6), which ensures tight attachment of the free end of the tape to the mono ring. It is fixed to load (19) of constant weight, then providing the specified holding time. Secures (20, 21) are installed. Then mono-ring is removed from upper rollers (3, 8) and installed on lower rollers (4, 9). After that, moving movable roller (9), mono-ring is tightened to slack recess and fixed in this position, then reinforcement (22) is pressed to mono-ring and fasteners (23) are installed. Force sutures are applied.
EFFECT: higher strength of the manufactured tape rope consisting of several mono-rings, increased accuracy of length of made tape rings.
