FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of stationary equipment, namely to sprinkler air and sprinkler-drencher air fire extinguishing installations. Method for increasing the speed of a sprinkler air fire extinguishing installation with one section consists in the fact that in a single-section plant after activation of the sprinkler, accelerated actuation of the air signal valve is provided due to intensive release of pneumatic pressure from the supply and distribution pipelines through the discharge channel, operation of which is carried out at a given air flow velocity in supply and distribution pipelines, and subsequent shutdown of the discharge channel is carried out when the static state of the air medium in the supply and distribution pipelines changes and when a functional duplicating command is generated, which confirms the need to close the discharge channel. In the case of a branched pipeline network, it is divided into separate sections, each of which is equipped with an interlocking device, which is open in standby mode, and after activation of the sprinkler of one of the sections, accelerated actuation of the air signal valve is provided due to blocking of adjacent sections. At the same time the next AFSS functioning algorithm corresponds to the single section algorithm. One-section sprinkler air fire extinguishing installation is equipped with an air flow indicator mounted on a supply pipeline and connected to the first input of the logic control unit, as well as a functional backup device connected to the second input of the logic control unit, and the output of the logic control unit is connected to the normally closed high-speed reset valve installed on the discharge pipeline. At that, for the fact of formation of the functional duplicating command, which confirms necessity of the discharge channel shutoff, the specified pressure in the supply pipeline is accepted or reached, or achieving a predetermined time interval from the moment when the specified speed of the air flow is detected in the supply pipeline, or the water flow of the discharge channel. In case of branched pipeline network it is made of separate sections, at that at the beginning of each section there are successively installed normally open sectional blocking valve and sectional air flow indicator, wherein each sectional air flow alarm is connected to an address device which identifies the triggered sectional air flow alarm, the output of which is connected to the first input of the logical address control unit, to the second input of which is connected a functional duplicating device, and the first group output of the logical address control unit is connected to sectional normally closed high-speed relief valves, and the second group output of the address control unit is connected to sectional normally open blocking valves. At that, for the fact of formation of the functional duplicating command, which confirms the necessity to shut off the sectional discharge channel, the specified pressure in the common supply pipeline is accepted or reached, or achieving a predetermined period of time from the moment when the activated section of the preset speed of the air flow is registered in the supply pipeline, or the activated flow of the activated section by the water flow.
EFFECT: invention discloses a method for increasing the speed of a sprinkler air fire extinguishing installation (versions) and a device for its implementation (versions).
