SUBSTANCE: invention relates to genetic engineering and can be used in biotechnology, medicine and agriculture to create plant varieties, including transgenic plants. Invention is a VTvaf17-Act1-Cas9 genetherapeutic DNA vector based on the VTvaf17 gene-vector DNA vector carrying the target Cas9 gene for heterologous expression of the target gene in plant cells during genome editing of plants, wherein the VTvaf17-Act1-Cas9 gene-therapeutic DNA vector has nucleotide sequence SEQ ID No. 1.
EFFECT: invention can be used in genome editing of a gene in plant cells.
