FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to functional alimentation. Disclosed is a method of chewing sweets production, including syrup boiling, mixing of syrup with gelatin, addition of emulsion, further mixing, cooling and moulding, wherein during mixing, creatine is added in amount of 3.5–4 g per one finished product and then starch is added in portions, bringing to consistency of chewing mass, by complete dissolution of starch for 15–20 minutes.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with high homogeneity, stability of composition, even at temperature drop, increased nutritive and energy value that is important for solving issues of sports nutrition.
