FIELD: transmission and processing of information.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission of information using high-altitude telecommunication. Method of forming wireless information transmission networks includes placing aerial high-altitude telecommunication switching platforms at given altitudes by creating a lift for holding them at predetermined points of a regional network of a geographic region using an autonomous manned aircraft, retention of which at a given point is carried out by linking them with a predetermined point of the surface of the geographical region by a flexible tie-rod used as a power supply channel for providing creation of a thrust vector of the aircraft, autonomously piloted aircraft is provided with electric power supply for creation of thrust vector by electric accumulators, which are onboard of aircraft, and reception-transmission of information from ground station to high-altitude platform is carried out via radio channel, wherein for continuous reception / transmission of information when charging of accumulators on a high-altitude platform is completed, a similar high-rise platform with charged accumulators is lifted from the ground, on which the radio signal is switched from the ground station, and the high-rise platform is lowered to the ground and the discharged accumulators are charged or changed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing continuous high-altitude telecommunication communication without limitation of altitude of lifting air platform.
