FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to an anoscope, which can be used in proctology as a diagnostic and/or surgical instrument. Anoscope includes fixed part made hollow and open at opposite ends, movable part made hollow and open at opposite ends, having shape suitable for connection with fixed part, and made with possibility of coaxial rotation inside fixed part, window, which is made in movable part and intended to provide access to part of rectal mucosa, expander, made with possibility of insertion or extraction from longitudinal cavity of anoscope. Longitudinal cavity is made in movable part. Anoscope also includes a positioning and blocking device containing a stopper and recesses. Stopper is adapted for engagement when used with one of recesses to prevent coaxial rotation of moving part inside stationary part. Anoscope further comprises an unlocking device which is made in the movable part and in the expander. Unlocking device has a shape suitable for providing, when using the disengagement of the stopper from the recess, when the expander is inserted into the longitudinal cavity. Unblocking device contains protruding elements that are made in the expander, and grooves, which are made in movable part. Extending elements have shape suitable for connection with grooves, and are intended for engagement with grooves, when expander is inserted into longitudinal cavity. When protruding elements are engaged with grooves, the reamer is able to rotate inside the longitudinal cavity so that to forcibly disengage the stopper from the recess and provide coaxial rotation of the movable part inside the fixed part.
EFFECT: invention is characterized by the fact that the anoscope relates to a type comprising a movable part which rotates inside a fixed part and provided with a window which is made in the movable part, where it is impossible to turn the movable part and thus the window when the expander is not inserted inside the anoscope.
