SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the treatment of patients after rhinosurgical interventions. The method includes daily exogenous nitric oxide (NO) exposure to the postoperative wound in the postoperative period using an apparatus for NO-therapy and plasma surgery in the mode of supplying a cooled NO-containing gas stream at maximum air consumption. The impact is carried out both externally, directing the tip of the device from the outer corner of the eye to the wing of the nose at a distance of 0.5 cm from the skin, and internally, directing the tip of the device into the nasal cavity at a distance of 1 cm from the entrance to the nostril. Both external and internal exposure is carried out on both sides of the face for 1–1.5 minutes per zone. The course of treatment is 5–10 days.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of restorative treatment after rhinosurgical interventions, avoid infection of the wound, pain syndrome, gross cicatricial deformities of the nasal tissues, reduce the length of stay of patients in the hospital and achieve good aesthetic results.
