FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant for production of charcoal and combustible gas consists of a furnace with a burning installation over which vessels with openings are installed for discharge of pyrolysis gas, raw material feeders, a cavity for coal collection and cooling. The plant is equipped with a cyclone filter, an air-cooled condenser of a shell-and-tube type and an exhauster while the thermal chamber is formed by several, e.g., by four vessels installed in parallel to the furnace over the burning installation with a gap; these vessels are made as elongated rectangular pyramids filled with raw material to be disposed, they contain openings united in a common collector for discharge of vapour-gas mixture, they are equipped with raw material feeders made as trays with covers and pushers united by a common cross-beam with a drive, for example, a pneumatic cylinder installed in the centre and outside the furnace end wall. At that a chamber for solid residue unloading is made as a basket uniting all vessels at the output of solid residue with an output tube; all vessels are equipped with slide shutters at the raw material input and coal output made as slotted frames, seals and the shutters which are made as plates with openings with size and pitch identical to the end wall inputs and outputs of the vessels and their location in the furnace chamber; they are also equipped with drives, for example, by pneumatic cylinders installed outside the furnace end wall. All space in the upper part of the furnace is united under a common dome with a tube for discharge of combustion gas and the burning installation is equipped with doors, a gas burner, a fire grate and a chamber with a door for ash collection and air intake for burning of solid fuel.
EFFECT: invention allows improvement of the plant mobility and its self-sustained and self-powered operation.
