FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for cryogenic separation of a feed stream containing methane and air gases containing nitrogen and oxygen. Raw material stream (1) is cooled (4) to produce cooled flow (7), which is at least partially condensed. At least part of stream (7) is directed to one level of distillation column (18). Lower part stream (20) rich in methane is removed from distillation column (18). Stream enriched with oxygen and nitrogen (23) is removed from distillation column (18). Stream (7) is subjected to decompression (8). Diluting stream (17) is obtained by separating the gas fraction obtained at the outlet of the decompression stage of stream (7) in a separator with a rounded bottom and added to distillation column (18) below the level where the cooled stream is added. Invention also discloses a device for producing biomethane by cleaning biogas obtained from safe waste storages, which enables to implement the method.
EFFECT: technical result is higher safety and reduced costs.
