FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for preparing adaptogen for increasing stability of biologic agents of biofungicides to unfavourable conditions and increasing efficiency of biological control of plant diseases, carried out by sterilization for 1–2 minutes in 96 % ethanol or 1 % potassium permanganate solution of standard millet seeds, followed by their drying in sterile filter paper. Then the seeds are sprouted in a moist chamber with sterile filter paper with addition of sterile water at temperature from 21 to 25 °C for 7 days with further drying to moisture content of 14 % and milled at the mill. Then one performs alcohol extraction of ground mass at temperature from 23 to 25 °C for 12 hours, and during extraction to 1 kg of crushed mass is added 70 % ethanol or 50 % isopropyl alcohol at ratio of 1:3. Supernatant fluid obtained after extraction is filtered through a ceramic filter, followed by evaporation at temperature of 25 to 30 °C until a precipitate is obtained, then sterile water of 10 l is added to the obtained precipitate. Output of the ready-to-use adaptogen is 10 l of 1 kg of seeds. Obtained as a result of method adaptogen is a transparent colorless liquid, provides higher stability of biologic agents of biofungicides to unfavourable conditions, increases effectiveness of biological control of plant diseases and promotes growth of crop capacity.
EFFECT: invention increases stability of biologic agents of biophunicides to various stresses and promotes yield growth.
