FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to three embodiments of a fluid injection device, a method of increasing fluid flow to an injection port of a tissue expander, a method of delivering a fluid medium under the skin. In the first embodiment, the fluid injection device comprises a plurality of needles and a base having a first end portion and a second end portion. Device has a plurality of needle bases at a second end portion and a guide cone extending from the second end portion with a plurality of needle bases surrounding the guide cone. Guide cone is narrowed in direction from first end section to deflect flow in direction of multiple needle bases. Each of the needles is in fluid communication with the corresponding base of the needles and protrudes from the said first end portion of the base. Device includes a base component made separate from the second end section of the base and made with possibility of connection with it. Guiding cone passes into the base component cavity at connection with it upstream from the plurality of needle bases. Base component comprises an inlet for connection of the device to a source of fluid medium. In the second embodiment of the device, the base includes a plurality of needles. In the third embodiment of the device, the base has a first end portion and a second end portion, a plurality of needle bases at a second end portion and a guide cone extending from the second end portion with the plurality of needle bases surrounding the guide cone. Guide cone narrows in direction from first end section for flow deflection. Method for increasing fluid flow to an injection port of a tissue expander includes a step of providing a base and a base component connected to a tube attached to a fluid source, and a step of pushing fluid through said tube such that said fluid passes through the base and into each of the plurality of needles. Method for delivering a fluid medium under the skin includes steps of providing a base and a base component connected to a tube attached to a fluid source, and a step of inserting said hypodermic needles under the skin; and pumping fluid through said tube so that said fluid passes through the base and into each of the plurality of hypodermic needles.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of linear speed of fluid medium flow and reduction of procedure execution time.
