SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication systems, such as 5G communication systems. In accordance with embodiments of the invention, an uplink transmission method is provided, which comprises: receiving, by the terminal device, indicator information sent by the network device, using indicator information for indicating a beam corresponding to at least one uplink transmission channel of the terminal device, wherein the beam corresponding to each uplink channel is used to transmit each uplink channel; and the terminal device performs uplink transmission in accordance with the indicator information.

EFFECT: technical result consists in maintaining quality of communication between a network device and a terminal device in case of failures of uplink data transmission from a terminal device caused by beam locking.
