FIELD: communications.
SUBSTANCE: scheduling request (SR) transmission is triggered by the terminal. The terminal transmits a PUCCH using an overlapping time domain resource if it is determined that the Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) carrying the SR and the Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) carrying the first data package overlap in resources time domain of the first uplink resource, the processing status of the PUSCH channel using the first uplink resource is "processing completed", and it is determined that the first logical channel priority level for triggering the transmission of the SR request is higher than or equal to the second logical channel priority level among the logical channels for the first data package, where the second priority level is the highest priority level among the logical channel priorities for the first data package. The terminal device transmits the first data package using the second uplink resource, the second uplink resource and the first uplink resource corresponding to the same HARQ request procedure.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of uplink information transmission using an overlapping time domain resource.
