FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions refers to medicine and medical equipment and can be used for installation and replacement of vocal prostheses in people / patients after laryngectomy / removal of larynx. A method for inserting a vocal prosthesis into a hole in the tracheoesophageal wall in a tracheostome after human laryngeal removal, wherein a voice prosthesis is pre-positioned in a hollow cylindrical body so that the flexible fixators of the prosthesis are elastically folded towards the axis of the body. An end face of the body designed to push the vocal prosthesis into the hole in the tracheoesophageal wall is closed with a detachable tip having a streamlined shape made of material soluble in water or in gastric juice or under the effect of temperature and closing the body edges. Inside the housing with the possibility of longitudinal movement, a rod is placed, the part of which is intended for gripping, extends beyond the body from the side opposite to the vocal prosthesis, so that the voice prosthesis is located between the tip and the rod stop. Then the body tip is inserted into the hole in the tracheoesophageal wall and the body is moved inside the hole until the front end face of the body reaches the reverse surface of the wall. A rod is pushed through the voice prosthesis inside the body towards the tip, pushing the tip beyond the hole. Further, a voice prosthesis is pushed through the stem. After turning the distal retainer on the reverse side, the walls begin to withdraw the body from the hole until the voice prosthesis completely leaves the body and remains in the hole in the tracheoesophageal wall. A device for installing a vocal prosthesis in a hole in the tracheoesophageal wall in a tracheostome after removal of the human larynx comprises a hollow cylindrical body configured to accommodate a vocal prosthesis to be inserted into the hole in the tracheoesophageal wall. An end face of the body designed to push the vocal prosthesis into the hole in the tracheoesophageal wall is covered with a detachable tip having a streamlined shape made of material soluble in water or in gastric juice or under the effect of temperature and closing the body edges. Inside the housing there is a rod with the possibility of longitudinal movement, the part of which is intended for gripping extends beyond the body from the side opposite to the vocal prosthesis.
EFFECT: technical result of claimed group of inventions consists in simplification of process and device for installation of element into hole in flexible wall, reduction of time for installation, reduction of damages both of wall and elements behind it.
