FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying suturing device after mobilizing the larynx from all sides to suture ? of the pharynx lumen. The larynx is excised, speech prosthesis is introduced into the defect in the inferior pharynx portion. The prosthesis is mounted in tracheoesophageal fistula and the suturing device is applied for the second time to suture the remaining pharynx defect. The pharynx is excised and mechanical suture is supported with two rows of sutures according to generally known method. EFFECT: accelerated surgical operation. 2 dwg
