SUBSTANCE: system includes chain of receiving cells (5) receiving front parts (3) of carcasses in input station (4) and moved in conveyor line (6) along processing line (10) with bearing elements (11). Receiving cells (5) are equipped for transfer of front parts (3) of poultry carcasses to bearing elements (11) in processing line (10). Each receiving cell (5) is equipped with support plate (12) for breast, lower plate (13) and standing inserts (14, 15), rising from lower plate (13), remote from support board (12) for breast, and determining first slot (16) between inserts (14, 15) for receiving spinal back of front part (3) of the poultry carcass placed in receiving cell (5). Between each of inserts (14, 15) and supporting plate (12) for breast there are second slots (17, 18) for formation of space for meat of breast of front part (3) of poultry carcass placed in receiving cell (5). According to the method, front parts (3) of poultry carcasses are supplied to input station (4) by means of transportation line (2). Receiving cells (5) are inclined in the direction of transportation line (2) and front parts (3) of poultry carcasses are rolled down from it into cells. Receiving cells (5) with front parts (3) of poultry carcasses are moved in conveyor line (6) in direction of processing line (10) with chain of bearing elements (11) and along it. Front parts (3) of poultry carcasses are moved to bearing elements (11) in processing line (10).
EFFECT: invention excludes processing of boneless breasts with ribs.
