Technical result is achieved due to device for generation of clouds of points, which is real outer shape of vehicle for transportation of people, intended for determination of location and orientation of vehicle for transportation of people in building and relative location and orientation of at least one movable working platform inside building, containing: known control point inside building, three-dimensional scanning facility, a stationary computing device, a known reference point of a mobile working platform, an installation apparatus, a first processor designed to generate a three-dimensional model representing a mobile working platform, and also intended to determine, based on up to 6 degrees of freedom, the location and orientation of said three-dimensional model representing said movable working platform.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure possibility of preventing collisions between movable working platform and vehicle for transportation of people.
