FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a computer-implemented method of determining the trajectory of a vehicle using a motion planning algorithm and a server that implements it. Method comprises: obtaining data on the movement of a vehicle and external objects on a given section of the road; generating, based on said motion data, at multiple simulation iterations; generating a simulated vehicle path using the current version of the motion planning algorithm; determining the simulated behaviour of the given external object based on the simulated trajectory; formation of a modified control simulation environment by replacing the control behaviour of a given external object with its simulated behaviour if the control behaviour differs from the simulated behaviour of this external object; and using a copy of the modified control simulation environment using subsequent versions of the motion planning algorithm.
EFFECT: prediction of trajectory of other road users.
